Former U.S.-Asia Law Institute research fellow Elizabeth Lynch appeared on Ian Masters‘ “Background Briefing” on KPFK 90.7 to express her views on how the Supreme Court's  opinion in Citizens United might give foreign corporations a larger voice in American electoral campaigns.
