Anti-Discrimination (Past Program)

USALI’s anti-discrimination intensive program gave participants a close-up look at the various components of the US anti-discrimination law enforcement landscape through in-depth interactions with leading American experts. This included field visits to advocacy organizations and government agencies in New York City, attendance at special events dedicated to fighting discrimination and related issues, and meetings with American law professors and legal practitioners. By bringing participants to New York, we were able to go beyond theory to focus on how anti-discrimination law actually operates in practice.
